The time definitely did change.

As of a couple of days ago it was set to go off at 6am PDT on the 6th.
Now it's at 1pm PDT on the 5th.

Just to clarify. That scene is some kind of a warehouse or garage with a shipping container (containerized cargo unit) visible on the left.

I never noticed Sam's puppy before though. It's cute.
